Network Development
What do we do? We...
- are enthusiastic about driving continuous network capability improvements, aimed at providing exceptional quality end-user services;
- define network architecture, evaluate, and implement new technologies, plan, and deploy mobile network extensions, design and dimension core network elements and build transport network solutions meeting mobile network needs as well as various customers' connectivity needs;
- offer world class telecommunications infrastructure services in Serbia, by building new towers and Fiber optic routes and maintaining existing ones, while further optimizing energy efficiency and network quality;
- are responsible for design and maintenance of data center solutions and offer consultancy services in data centers domain.
Network Operations
What are we responsible for?
- Performing all operations, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support activities related to the technical systems and services in serving customers and the company.
- Leading network operations as well as preventive and corrective network maintenance work; our key processes are incident management, problem management, disaster recovery and change management.
- Taking care of continuous operations and maintenance of access network services and technical resources: radio access networks, access transport networks, optical networks, fixed access networks.
- Managing continuous operation and maintenance of core network services and technical resources: mobile Core Networks – IMS, EPS, IP Core (MSS/MGW, HLR/HSS, IMS, MME, UGW) in all service domains.
- Ensuring IP network planning, building, and operating as a service for all company`s customers.
IT Team
What do we do? We...
- ensure design, planning, building and continuous operation and maintenance activities of various business systems and IT assets in our IT team;
- take care of the overall functionality and disaster recovery of servers and systems;
- provide IT equipment support and maintenance for all Cetin/Yettel employees;
- operate on premises and cloud IT Infrastructure components and IT Infrastructure applications with focus on standardization and automation;
- operate and maintain databases used in Cetin/Yettel. Covering a variety of IT technologies based on Linux OS, windows OS, M365, Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V etc.;
- are responsible for Software asset management, and we ensure compliance with software vendor contracts. Monitoring of license usage and software usage in the companies.
Security
What does the Security team take care of? They supervise...
- facilitating company business operations and future expansion through the implementation of a risk-based approach to security management;
- coordinating security operations, managing information security and business continuity management systems, related procedures, security measures, and guidelines to safeguard our company’s tangible and intangible assets, employees, customers, and reputation;
- having up-to-date understanding of the information security measures at all stages of the information system’s life cycle;
- monitoring the infrastructure environment and maintain strategic and operational security risk assessments and mitigation security threats or vulnerabilities.
Commercial
What do we do? We...
- are the team of accounts, service management and business development, project management and wholesale roles and we map our commercial strategy and plans in line with company strategy and goals;
- understand customer needs and ensure their fulfilment, which is the key priority, while attracting new customers and partners;
- take care of developing the latest trends in revenue inflow using company infrastructure and building position on the local and regional market in wholesale segment.
