Share with us an overview of your experience in transport network planning. 

My experience in the transport network planning team includes planning MW, optical links, as well as DWDM and MPLS networks. Apart from planning new elements of the network, it also includes monitoring, expanding, and optimizing existing solutions and other activities that are necessary for the transport network to meet the needs of all users, whether mobile, residential, or business. Additionally, I would add improving my knowledge of Serbia's geography and knowledge of smaller places that I would never have heard of through the existence of base stations.  

Can you discuss a recent innovation or improvement you made in transport network planning? 

As an improvement in the transport network, I would point out leading the working group that deals with the analysis of the quality of the transport network on a weekly basis, which has become a regular activity. Within the group, together with a team of colleagues, we analyze the data from the previous week and propose and implement improvements to constantly increase the quality. 

Describe the time you have spent in CETIN so far. 

I joined the transport network planning team in 2019 as an intern and then remained in CETIN as a full-time employee. As someone who joined the company from college, everything I learned was a combination of experience and knowledge from senior colleagues, but also independent research and training. From the moment I arrived, what made the biggest impression was the friendly and positive atmosphere among colleagues, which, combined with the constantly developing industry, led to a positive feeling during the day.
